BAOCHA is the name we created for Baozhong tea,
a tea that originates from Taiwan and reflects the way we choose to express it today.

We use premium whole Baozhong tea leaves grown in Taiwan,
the same leaves traditionally brewed as loose-leaf tea.
Inspired by matcha-style craftsmanship,
the leaves are slowly and gently milled at low temperature
until they reach an ultra-fine texture of approximately 1000 mesh.

This level of fineness allows BAOCHA to be whisked like matcha,
while delivering a completely different flavor profile—
light, floral, and naturally sweet,
true to the character of Baozhong tea,
without the heaviness or bitterness often associated with matcha.

When whisked, the texture is smooth and clean,
with no coarse residue.
BAOCHA can be enjoyed on its own,
paired with milk or plant-based alternatives,
or used in desserts and baked goods where subtle tea aroma matters.
